After a lot of mass dislike and failure, Rockstar finally cancels the Expanded and Enhanced version of Grand Theft Auto V.
According to Twitter, Rockstar Games has posted a tweet as of Septemer 17th, 2021:
"After a lot of feedback, we have decided to cancel the development of the expanded and enhanced version of Grand Theft Auto V for PlayStation 5 & Xbox Series X/S. We understand your hate, but this is important to us that, at Rockstar Games, we make games, and sometimes it had to be done. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are currently planning to reveal a new Grand Theft Auto game that you have been asked a lot. Stay tuned."
Rockstar also said that there will be a new Grand Theft Auto game in the works. However, information about this new upcoming installment is unknown at this time.
