Due to the low sales cost all across America on Halloween costumes and the cold weather that is being predicted this time of year, Americans have collectively decided to not participate in Halloween this year. In-stores and online sales have reached a shockingly low point which has caused Americas to wonder if anyone will actually be going out on Halloween night this year. In order to beat them to the punch, the U.S. government had taken it upon themselves to cancel Halloween as a whole. And anyone found to be celebrating will face consequences.
