On Wednesday October 26, it was reported that the University of Kentucky can't afford to keep either of the Starbucks on campus. The school has run out of money and the Starbucks are the first to go. Not enough students have gone to Starbucks in the past year compared to the previous years they have been open. They will both be torn down on November 1st 2022, causing more construction on the campus.
