New Philadelphia,Oh. Drivers are being warned to to be on the lookout for gangs of rabid raccoons. They have generally hanging around four way stops and red lights. One raccoon fakes injury in front of the victims vehicle, once stopped the other raccoons will enter the vehicle,chasing the occupants out. Four hijackings have been reported at this time. Please keep doors locked at all times.
