On the 23rd of February 2020 early hours of the morning there was a break in at one of our local animal shelters in Milford haven. It appears that a local man 23 year old zarrad balmer broke in with another man that can’t be named for personal reasons. Cctv proves that the pair broke in and started grooming the animals in an inappropriate way. We are looking for more information on these men as the animals are left very unsettled.
