Malaysian fugitive Jho Low was spotted by the police of China in the major city of Chengdu. It's said that he bought a house under a fake name. He is famously known for his 1MDB scandal and helping out the ex prime minister of Malaysia, Najib Razak. He has been charged and he is now in trial.
