Christopher Daniel Chay Fuentes of Asheboro, North Carolina, was arrested on Saturday night outside Tequila House Night Club.
Officer J. Hoonter of the Charlotte Police Department responded to reports of an intoxicated male soliciting outside the night club and harassing various patrons of the night club.
Upon arrival Officer Hoonter found Fuentes exposing his genitalia in public to female patrons. At 11:56 PM Fuentes was placed under arrest and booked.
Bond was set at $15,000. An attempt to reach out to Fuentes for a comment was met a declination.
