Jamell Maurice Demons, also known as YNW Melly, died in his prison cell yesterday because of coronavirus.
Before he died, he catched coronavirus, and his attorney said that he's been experiencing "intense" symptoms, such as difficulty breathing and headaches.
His attorney reported that Melly weighed 114 pounds and hasn't been monitored by medical professionals every hour like they are required to.
YNW Melly was known for his tracks "Murder on my Mind" and "Mixed Personalities". He was arrested last year for murdering his 2 friends.
