A woman was overheard screaming “ain’t nobody safe until I get my stimulus check.” Police was called to the scene of 815 Manor Road near the Todt Hill section of Staten Island. Woman appeared to be pissed off and aggravated screaming “pay me what you owe me” to no one in particular. Residents in the area was seen with IPhones and Galaxies hanging from their windows recording the incident. Supervisors on duty all decided to do an emergency collection of money to calm the b*tch down. Shortly after receiving monies collected the woman took her fat ass down the block to wing world and washed her unhealthy meal down with a Diet Coke.
