The Dynamic Duo? Double Mint Double Trouble? Thunder and Lightning? Whatever you want to call the pair, the Busch Bros. will be a force to be reckoned with in the 2019 NASCAR Cup season. After the news of Martin Truex Jr joining Joe Gibbs Racing today, Kyle Busch Motorsports announced its plans to field a two car team in the NASCAR Cup Series next year. KBM will continue its alliance with JGR and has obtained charters for the 46 and 51 cars. Kyle and Kurt have always wanted to race on the same team at the highest level and the closing of Furniture Row Racing and the continued support of Toyota has opened the door for that to happen. KBM has had tremendous success in the Camping World Truck Series and the Xfinity Series, only time will tell if the two past champions can team up continue that success in the Cup Series.
